Austin Beutner, Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate 2013 addressed the Greater Los Angeles African American Chamber of Commerce (GLAAACC) Board of Directors at the Tuesday, October 11, 2011 GLAAACC Board Meeting held at The Farm of Beverly Hills at L.A. Live.

Highlights Austin Beutner discussed:

- Expanding Enterprise Zones
- K-12 Education
- Homelessness in Los Angeles
- Taxing businesses who have businesses outside of the City of Los Angeles

- Requirements for bidding on contracts and giving smaller businesses an opportunity to take advantage
